please help asap!

I have a 95 gts and i just replaced the wear ring. It had a solas 14/19 impeller and it cavitated badly when pulling a skiier out of the water. I put the stock impeller back in and the stock intake grate and its ever worse. Any advice please??

ps....im at the river now and would REALLY like to use it for the rest of the week!!!!!!!!!!!!

moto...recheck the clearance of wear ring and edge of blade, also, reseal the shoe, collapse the accordian boot against the carbon ring seal, maybe pull'n air, and recheck the seal of pump...good luck

i just put some blue silicone around the pump where it meets the hull. it has a brand new wear ring and the stock impeller is in perfect condition. now is that accordian boot suppose to have play on the driveshaft. the hose clamps are tight but i can still move it around where it meets that steel collar. any other advice??? im at a loss.

yah, can move around, what about the ride plate. Sounds like your pull'n serious air some where. Is it tak'n on water?
