You need a wrest pin remover tool. It has a threaded rod that goes to the other side of the wrist pin. Picture tube with a threaded shaft out the center. It goes through the wrist pin, and screw on a flanged nut that is the same diameter of the wrist pin. The tube rests against the piston for leverage, opposite the threaded shaft that goes through the piston to the other side. Tighten the shaft it pulls the wrist pin out of the connecting rod and through to the other side of the piston, with the wrist attached. You have to remove both cir-clips to use the tool. As an alternative you could use a small socket ( the same size as the wrist pin) and an extension of a 1/4 drive and slightly tap the socket/extension to push the wrist pin out. Be carefully not to hit it to hard.
