When I instal the pincher on the water injection hose Pre pouring in the antifreeze do I leave that pincher on or take it off after I'm done? The manual doesn't state what to do after and I need another pincher for the starboard side engine please help thanks!

on my 1999 with twin 787's according to the manual it takes three pinchers per engine. 1 inlet,2 outlet, and a 3rd on the smaller drain tube that leaves the bottom of the engine. the pincher that goes on the water inlet hose goes between the tee fitting and the hull, (that is if you have flushing connectors on the top of either side of the engine compartment) I do not know wether or not the 1995 speedster uses the same process as my boat though. when the process is all done the pinchers are to be removed so the excess antifreeze can drain into an appropriate container

Leave the pincher on the clear drain hose. On the inlet/outlet ports on the engine I use a single 1/2" hose about 1' long from the inlet to the flush port.

Check this thread out. It provides great pics and are the instructions I followed for my first time. Worked great. My manual says to drain it out when done as any water that remains is sufficiently mixed. Maybe for someplace down South, but here in Michigan, why take the chance!
