periodic buzzer and check engine message

2004 seadoo gtx4tec 115 hours always serviced by autherized dealer. I am getting a check enginelight,buzzer and alarm light every time i go out. Machine can be cold or hot, happens regardless. When I shut it off and restart, the alarms and message go away but come back after I have run for a while. Dealer installed a new battery last fall and said that everything checked ok. Now they dont know what is causing the problem. Would really appreciate any help.

If the dealer puts it on the B.U.D.S.,(Bombardier Utility Diagnostic System). They should be able to resolve it...or go to another dealer.
