Note the college kids. Looks like someone's engineering thesis. "max speed 6mph with a 90horse, you may get 7-9 with a 200horse" "this is a plowing "vessel" not a planing vessel"
This is a really cool portable powered dock.....
For 40K though, you could have a small used yacht, a houseboat, or a real barge. Imagine how much that bad boy weighs and how much it costs to tow lol.

Looks like a fun thing at the lake though. Who care how fast it is. It's a mobile dock. Trailer is built in to the barge. Yes it's a barge... actually called a barge. Not a house boat or pontoon. Pretty cool how it transforms for towing. Some great ideas here. Get out your torches and square aluminum tubing... They can make them up to 17x31 I think it said with an 8x31 deck. There is a video of one with a camper parked on it. Simple design... Didn't say I was gunna buy one but it's a cool idea. It would sure be fun to have at the lake!
