Ok doing some reading on this code and looks like its just a faulty sensor. Seen a post where a member here use a auto temp sensor WT3069 has any one else tried it. Its only like 14 buck compared to 81 from sea-doo.

Check for any linked hoses. If they are all good, check the sensor Waite and make sure it has not worm and grounded somewhere.

These sensors fail somewhat often. I don't think that sensor is as expensive as you list, I've seen it for under $20.

I thought that P0544 code was faulting the sensor not a real over heat issue

A friend of mine just had that code pop up I think. His dealer told him it was a sensor. Cost him 300$ but he isn't the kind to care about how much something cost.

Well I just bought a sensor and I'm having pwc muscle rebuild my S/C and will know if the sensor fixed it next week
