Oversize Rave Valves

Anyone out there using over size RAVE valves from SBT?

I recently had a RAVE component melt down on my PTO side (see RAVE Valve Meltdown thread). This has been attributed to excessive gillotine to cylinder clearance. The recommended solution being the oversize (thicker) RAVE valves.

Below is the pic of the valve pulled. It was new with only 4 hours on it. Quite a bit of wear on the radius edges (presumably from banging around in the cylinder).

I have a leaker that started after 7 hours on the reman. I have to give them a shout... SBT told me about the oversize when the cylinder is worn... sooo ...
lemme know how your replacement fits and it all goes together... Thanks...
