We put or SPI away for the summer last year and this year the first day out it started right up like all the years past however once under way after a short distance it craps out like it is starving for fuel. I am thinking the fuel lines might have deteriorated to the point of internal collapse. The outside looks as good as new but I know from past experience with one of our other boats that this California gas will turn the inside of the hose to jelly from time to time. Its like the carb. bowl runs dry, then after it sits for a few minutes it starts right up but does the same thing...dies after a short distance. It will idle fine. I need some opinions before I just start tearing into this thing! Any help is much appreciated. Thank you ,Marc
