That looks freakin good. Good job man. I want to get a new sticker job too. How does that monster tower fit?? Does it fold down, and can you still use the bimini top?

The tower does fold down but because the boat is so short the front legs have to come off. Takes about 30 seconds to put up or down tho. It was super easy to install. Brother inlaw and I did it in about 3 hrs. I can't believe ther isn't more people on here with a monstertower. Hands down the best thing I've done to the boat.

Btw. Not sure on the bimini top. My boat didn't come with one. But I think monster makes one to fit the tower too if I'm not mistaken.

Nice boat! I'll have to do the same with mine! I want to put a waketower on also, but don't know the first thing about it. Did you reinforce or put backing on the other side of the mount to avoid stress and cracking? Could you give me some pointers on the installation? How much did you get the graphics and tower for? Thanks for your help in advance.

I went with the MT2 feom monstertower.com. It cost me somthing like 1500 shipped but the Mt1 is a little less expensive. I didn't have to re-enforce the sides because the fiberglass was at least 3/8 thick. But I did have to cut a couple 4" holes in the front behind the seat backs so that I could tighten the front supports. Being they were behind the seats I got myself aquainted with patching fiberglass being it would never be seen.

The graphics I had friend do and he charged like 280 to do. He does lettering and signs and stuff in his free time. I just strolled through his laptop and picked out the designs I wanted.

The seats were the hardest. I took every staple out of every seat (I'd have to guess 3 to 500 per seat. About 15 seats). Then I bought some vinyl from great lakes fabrics (carbon fiber texture) and had an upholstry shop sew in the new stuff. That was about 300 total. Then I stapled them all back together.

Yeah all the stuff did take a lot of time, and money. But I'm a lot happier with it and I could not stand the color blue on it.

Thanks for your intrest, mike

Hey Mike, how did you tighten the nuts on the back braces of the tower. Did you go through the cupholder, Controls?? I think I'm gonna order me a tower. Everytime I look at those pictures I want one even more. Good Work!!!

I removed the compartments under the backseats and laid on my back ontop of the gas tank. Try to keep them high because the fiberglass is like an inch or more thick on the very top. Alow just enough clearace for the backing plate. Not sure if you can see in the pic but the front rail goes in front of the windsheild so when I need to open and latch the center section I have to swing the arm out. But the front legs have quick connect handles so its fast.

Use blue locktite instead of the anti-seeze.

more pics

as soon as it gets here, im adding a depth finder to take place of the wired remote ( from factory) on dash. and getting another clarion reomte with the display to mount along side the gauges. you probly cant see but i have one on the back right hand side of the deck too.

Nice upgrades on the boat! You need to make a trip to NM and help me out.LOL Seriously, great job, and thanks for the pics. What depth finder are you getting?

id make the trip if you paid for gas....lol

the depth finder is a hawkeye DF1000D-B. found it as a factory refurbish for like 50 bucks! requires a 2" mounting hole so it should fit where the factory wired remote is perfectly.

the new remote im gonna use is a clarion CMRC1-BSS. it has the display so i can see what channel my sirius is on. ill be documenting the upgrade.
