2000 Sea Doo GTX DI Jet ski was running great last weekend but bogged down at the end of the day. I replaced the plugs. It will run fine and then sputter at higher rpms. I checked the new plugs after running. One plug is staying white like its not getting any fuel. Is this an injector issue? Anyone else run into this problem?

it could be fuel... but it could be spark, or some other mechanical problem.

Check the compression on the bad jug, and check for spark. If both of those check out... it's probably a bad injector.

Got exactly same problem with my 2001 gtx di. Just re-built whole engine on it,.. starts okay sometimes (rarely) on only one cylinder , bursts into life with two firing up then falls back onto only one. Pulled the plugs, cylinder at mag end is dry,... but its brand new and that cylinder has new piston kit installed too. I'm thinking it must be fuel with mine,.. going to clean injectors with an ultrasonic bath on Monday. Will let you know the result.

Still no better after cleaning the direct air/fuel injectors....damn !!
Off to the dealers tomoro to get a fuel pressure test done and get it on the diagnostic machine,..
Here's hoping for a result..

I have a 2001 gtx di with the exact same problem, rear cylinder is plug is dry. It will run very rough and sometime want to run up. I'm getting spark in both cylinders. Did you ever figure out the problem at your dealer. I have not pulled my injectors yet or checked compression.

Solved my own problem,... bust MPEM !! There was no electrical current going to mag side fuel injector,... in proccess of buying new MPEM (ouch )

That sucks! Was only one of your fuel injectors not working? I need to do a compression test first. I also notice my two oil lines look dry!!
You mentioned "mag side" of fuel injector, is this one of the leads to the fuel injection going to the magneto?

"Mag side" = left side cylinder...... "PTO" side = right hand cylinder (looking from exhuast side of engine bay
There was no current being supplied to the front (left) cylinder fuel injector from the MPEM
