Forgive my laughter....

You've identified the cooling water hose on your ski or the tell-tale line. So, I'd be pretty certain that is where your water is coming from.

You should have one line, coming from the back of craft, coming up to that exhaust pipe on the port (left) side. Then, you should have a splitter. Two lines going into the base of your tuned pipe. Then, you'll have a "tell-tale" line running from the top of the pipe out the back, telling you the cooling system is working good. You'll have a second line from the engine head to the other tell tale. You have two on your motor.

thank you it seems to be overheating could this be the reason for that also it is a 95 SP but has engine up grade to 717cc

you should have used the 720 exhaust complete. 580-650-720. the exhausts all look very similar but the water is run through them differently. 580 and 720 the water goes to the engine first then leaves into the exhaust. 650, the water cools exhaust first. then is routed into the engine. also, since engine has been changed, we don't know how your water lines are run. there are 3 lines going to the top of the pump. the 2 at the very top are suction. they are essentially your bilge pumps. the one off to the machine's left at about 10 to 11 o;clock (1 to 2 o;clock looking back at them) is the main cooling line. this is the one that pumps lotsa water in. it should be hooked to the head on a 720, but you need a 720 exhaust for the water to leave the front of the head and go to the exhaust.
