oil when draining

so i took out my speedster in Thursday and Sunday when i got done tubing and cursing when i undid the drain plugs i noticed that the water looked oily it had that rainbow look on the ground also i noticed it in the ski compartment too is this a issue or do u think something got dumped in ski compartment by accident

Ive got twin 4-Tecs in my speedster and saw the same after I changed the oil/filters-turns out one filter top wasnt tight.

Check around insode you engine and look for leaks-shouldnt be any oil in the bildge water

ok ill check again cuz i looked in engine bay for that reason and didnt see anything

Check for a leak from the oil cooler on the bottom port side of the engine. Little box with 2 bolts in it. Probably need a mirror to see it. That's where my leak was. Could not see any leak from the top side but had a mess in the bilge every time out.
