Hi,

I have a 2005 Sea-Doo challenger 180 and the oil warning light was flashing after 5k rpm speed ??

from the manual.

Oil Pressure Light
The oil light turns on when the oil
pressure is low or high in the engine.
Check oil as soon as possible. If lamp
remains ON contact an authorized Sea
Doo sport boat dealer.
CAUTION: Never run engine out of
oil. Serious engine damage will occur

i cut and pasted the info, hope it helps, obviously your oil level is low and should be checked.

SeaDoo has updated switches for the 4TEC engine.
Part no. 420 856 530 is the oil pressure switch on the rt side of engine, towards the rear. It monitors engine oil pressure.
Part no. 420 256 885 is the pressure switch on the front of the engine. It monitors crankcase air pressure. SeaDoo suggests that you replace both of these switches.
I give this advice assuming you haven't had engine problems and your oil pressure is good.
