oil siphon pump source?

Besides buying a special mfr tool has anyone identified an oil siphon pump to change the oil that wont break the bank?

Your local Walmart should have a dip stick oil pump. More and more 4 stroke engines are being used in water craft so the dip stick oil pump is becoming pretty easy to find. I saw one at my Walmart last week in the sporting goods section where they keep the bilge pumps.

You could try West Marine too for a "Oil Evactuator Pump". Cost about $40.00.
