Hey all, sent my cylinders away to get bored out 0.5mm and having new pistons to suit etc So while i'm waiting for them to come back thought it would be a good time to test my oil pump and replace some pipes etc

Firstly do the oil lines have to be a certain spec or will theres in the link below be ok to use? don't want to fit bad quality ones and end up having them melt or distort!

Secondly, Ive had the pump off and stuck the drill on it to test the flow and I get nothing. Stripped the pump and cleaned everything with nothing that looks worn/damaged and still nothing after opening the lever and spinning the shaft with a drill. And yes I did bleed the oil via the bleed screw.

Is there anything particular that stops these from working? Is there a way to fix them or am I better off sourcing a replacement?

Counter clockwise , that might be the issue , check the book , I use 3/16 pvc line and oetiker clamps on the oil, 3/8 might be right for the inbound oil , I do not remember.
But I could tell you in a day or two if need be, I believe the rotary bath is 1/2

Someone from this site deserves credit for this pic but I don't know who it is, at any rate this should help you.

I might be using 3/32 , I keep a ring of about 4" cuttings , of all the hoses that are for sale, in my area at the store.
