Hello everyone:
I have a 1998 seadoo challenger 1800 with twin 787's. Last year I was having trouble with my starboard engine, and my port engine was running fine. I took my boat out of storage, and went to run up the engines to burn out the storage fog. here is what happeded:

1. my starboard engine is purring like a kitten (this was the bad one). It started relatively quick, burnt off the fog and ran great. throttle was responsive. i could put it in gear and it would rev up and down as per the throttle position.

2. my port engine started relatively quick, but it continued to smoke. it would only run with the choke closed. when i opened the choke it would stall. it is pushing oil/fuel mixture out the exhaust. When I put it in gear, the engine would race to 7000 immediately. When i quickly took it out of gear, it would fall back to 3500, and if i opened the choke it would stall. And the engine is noisy.

All 4 cylinders are showing 147 - 152 on compression test.
The oil tank is not much (if at all) lower than when i stored it. So I don't think the oil leaked into the system and flooded it.
I am having trouble finding spark in the front cylinder of the port engine. But honestly, I am having trouble determining spark in any cylinder, spark is low on all plugs.

Could this be my from the front cylinder not sparking and the engine pushing oil through the system and out the exhaust?
Could this be a dirty rave valve stuck?
Could this be something horribly else?

I am open to ideas and comments.

Thanks
