JPass Well-Known Member Apr 27, 2017 #2 I use the OEM kits. Comes with plugs, filter, and oil. Only thing not included is the single O-ring that goes under the oil filter bolt: https://www.amazon.com/Sea-Doo-4-Stroke-Watercraft-Maintenance-295501075/dp/B004QID0TA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1493314861&sr=8-1&keywords=sea+doo+oil+change+kit

You can use full synthetic with no issues. If you had a SC, then you would need one rated for slip clutches. Most buy Motor Cycle oil if they don't buy the OEM oil.

V vailboat New Member Apr 28, 2017 #5 Thanks for the info, I guess I'll use 10w40 4t full synthetic, even though my 4 tec isn't sc. Sounds like it's still a good choice for these high rpm motors.
