Oil bypass installation

I am about to start the installation of the bypass kit and I have read the sticky over and over, I am just not sue where the plug goes. I followed the oil line off the big oil tank secured to the floor and it goes down under the starter. Is this the one that need the plug. Climbing into the boat now to start the conversion. Any help will be appreciated

you will plug the port, under the starter, and the port on the bottom of the vapor separator.

Does the hose under the starter go into a fitting attached to the block of the motor?

Ok. Think I am done. Two questions.
1. The linkage I disconnected, does it get reconnected or does it make my spare parts bin?
