Oil Block off

I have a 2002 RX that I am taking the oil injector off of. I have the block off plate and have taken care of the reed houseing. But what do I need to do with the low oil sensor? I dont want it to be on all the time and making noise. Or will it not? I don't know I just don't want to get on the lake to tune everything in, and have to deal with that also. Like I said I have the block off plate and the reed houseing block off taken care of.
Also, the reason I am going through this is because the engine let go. So I am rebuilding it. What do I have to do to make sure my alignment is correct from the engine and through the PTO?

As far as the oil sensor, just slice the two wires together.
I coiled up the wire from the sensor and tied it off. Then I purchased the plug to plug into the wire harness and spliced the wires together. That way, I didn't have to cut and splice the factory wires.
