lol it's stone cold reliable, starts on the first try, has tons of storage, awesome on gas, and super stable for the wife. That and it was free. Oh it also doesn't leak.
This was my first ski, I essentially inherited from my parents. I rescued it from their drive way. It was my first ski "semi" restoration. It's been in our family since pretty much new. It's a 96 and I think we got it in 96.

Absolutely. Yamaha's 701 engine was great. Can't hardly hurt it.
This is about as far as I've gotten. I've been so busy with customer projects, or family crap... that I just haven't had the time yet. Not to mention... the weather has been nutz in Pitt. It was almost 90 the other day... but I think it's barely touching 70 today. (and overcast) We are catching all the tail end, of that nasty tornado weather the middle of the country was seeing.
But... If all goes well... I'm going to play hooky on Wed, and go for a shakedown ride, before taking the wife and kids out.
