New to forum. Will the OEM cover for a Speedster 200 07' hull fit my 05' W/O Tower? Another
question. Any recommendations for Turbo rebuild in Raleigh/Fayetteville area? Thanks.

your cover will fit, as far as your superchargers....pull them out yourself and send them to Gerry from GreenHulk.com Sorry I don't have his actual company info but go on that site and ask, someone will help you out!!

I sent mine off to Gerry at Greenhulk earlier this year, great service and pretty easy process to get them in and out of the boat, even if you are not an experienced mechanic, only real issue was the rear bolts on the supercharger that attaches it to boat, bit of a PIA to get off and really helps if you have the right wrench (1/4" 12 point racheting, I think, makes it wayyy easier). Just go on the website listed in Thors posts and search 'supercharger rebuild' and the process and details are right there in the thread.

Thanks for reply. Curious as to expected longevity "after" rebuild. Obviously, Jerry can't guarantee rebuilt
because of SC inherent demand functions and high operating stress. But
is the rebuild time reset to an another expected 100 hrs? Really strange that Bombardier would put out a product that
takes 10 hrs to break in and will only be
practically functional for another 90 hours. If the ceramic washer was/is
such a weak link, why would they take the risk of premature engine failure especially within their year warranty? That's not a very good business model. Very strange. I purchased last years 260 RXT (my rebuild will be on 2005 Speedster 200 SC's) new and don't recall any pre purchase info on a recommended, expected 100 hr rebuild. Maybe they've finally correctly engineered the Rotax SC.
