Can someone explain to me how the ICS works and how you use it?
Mine hangs down about 2" and I can't seem to get it to work.
Does it go down and then automatically come back up. The green light doesn't come on either. I have a 2004 speedster.

it will only work when your in neutral. when you press the ics switch, the grate will open up and then close on its own. if its hanging down after its comes back up, it might just be a linkage ajustment.

The ICS button will also light up when its active.
