noise from.......

ok i had my 98 gsx ltd running on a hose. ihad the carb cover off and i could hear a noise from the front carb. you could kinda cup your hand around each one and it was deff from the front one. i dont know how to discribe the noise but to say it kinda sounded like a deep gazoo. i know that sounds funny, but i dont know anyother way to siscribe it. normal??? issue??? oh and i still have a cutting out/ missing problem. reid valves???

The gazoo is different... uh I guess ya gotta be there. For the missing and cutting out, I would check the carbs first to see if they are dirty. What is the compression it is a "98". A compression check will tell alot about the internals of the engine.
