I have a 2006 3D with only 2 hours use,I noticed today that there was no water coming from the bleed outlet and the engine seemed to go into safe mode?? When I got home and connected a hose to the flushing connector the water flow from the outlet was fine also when I removed the rear panel a plastic "T" fitting from the exhaust had melted, Any clues????

I just looked at an exploded view of your exhaust system and having a hard time finding a "t".
Go to www.seadoo.com and on the menu bar, select parts, then look for your 3D model. It will give you exploded views on everything.
Look that over and let me know by part number, what part your talking about. The elbow, part #3 is where the water for your "tell tale" comes out.....which is the highest part of your water jactet....
I need a little more info on your problem.
If you went into limp mode because you got hot, you should have some code or a continuous beeping. If not, then you've just melted a part and there may be another reason why your were in limp mode.......
