No start/ oil on spark plugs

Hi
I just finished installing a 5 amp bilge
It functions normally

But now my ski won’t turn over
It almost starts then it dies

No codes on the cluster

I haven’t ran the ski in about a month so I’m charging the battery
I’m hoping it’ll turn over after a full charge

The bilge is an automatic one but I put in a switch to have the ability to turn it off fully

So
I went to change the spark plugs and I have oil on the plugs

How fkd am I ?

Is the oil just on the tip or the body? Normally oil on the tip of spark plugs is from having too much oil. Oil on the body is typically the coil tube seal.
