Hello, I was wonder if you could help me figure out what the problem with my ski could be. It has no spark coming from the spark plugs. I took it to a mecanic and he checked all wires... no rust or anything found wrong. But he said he thinks not enough power is sending to the coil. He tested it with a led light.. The light seemed to be low. When he puts a 9v batter to the led it lights bright. He said maybe my computer could be bad and not sendiing enough power to the coil.. Should i try something else? or you think i need a new computer? Is there any other test i could do? to get spark.. And all fuses are good.

When testing any electrical components never use a "Test Light" your only asking for problems. I would check the coils ground to be sure it is getting a good clean connection. You also could also remove the spark plug cap and the clip and cut off 1/4" off the wire and re-install the clip and boot using silicon spray. This might give you a better spark.

Keep us posted on you progress.

how do i check the ground of the coil? cause i think the mecanic should of checked it lol. But he kept saying it might be my computer not giving enough power to the coil is that even possiable?.. But if my computer was damage ..i dont think my engine would turn or do its job.

I would just open the MPEM box and where the grounds connect to the coil follow it to the grounding block. Make sure it is clean(not corroded) and making a good connection. Cut the coil wires too, to give it a better connection. Check all teh wire connections too to be sure they aren't corroded. I use contact cleaner on them to clean them and reconnect them.

Keep us posted on your progress.
