No spark on one cylinder

Anyone have any ideas of what I need to do or replace? Have spark on one cylinder on starboard engine, but no spark on other cylinder.

When checking with Ohms meter, do I use the x10 setting or x1K setting?

Trying to winterize today, but need engine running to put antifreeze in.

I would try to clip back the spark plug wire and pt a new plug in. see what happens. You dont need to have it running to pump in the antifreeze though. I pump it in using a small submersible pump. You do need it running to fog it properly though.
