no reverse in '97 Speedster

I had to replace the reverse cable to the starboard engine. Afterward, I have no reverse and the two engines are no longer running at the same RPM. The adjustments appear to be the same. Any ideas?

The adjustment is not the same, it is off adjustment. Re-check the adjustment as it allows the gates to be in sync to operate correctly.
