89 SP, cranks and runs as long as bowl has gas. Not getting any fuel to carb. after that. Checked lines to the tank, cleaned jets, checked foot valves in the tank. Any chance the pump went bad. Ski has been sitting for about 5 years.
that and low compression and/or...bad battery. Had that problem with my boat, put gas down plug holes, and fire over, but would not pull gas. Carbs were super clean, all lines clamped tight, would turn over so, couldnt figure out, until enough times turning over, I thought, maybe jump it, so battery wont die, and..WHAM...motor turned "harder" and fired right over, PULL'N THE GAS":cheers:
Timmyboy, you wouldn't believe!! Cleaned carb, cleaned fuel pump then Pulled the lines from the tank and replaced the foot valves and life is good!! '89 SP has been resurrected from the grave!Thanks for all the help
