No fuel at carb

You could try taking the fuel line off the carburetor and, taking care to catch any spilled fuel, crank the engine over a few times...

I am not getting any fuel to my carb. I took off input fuel line at carb, and crank it over no fuel, ski been down 2 years. I added 3 gallons of fresh fuel
2000 gs 717

The carb is the fuel pump built in so pulling the fuel line will not get fuel to the carb like something with an in-tank fuel pump.

That goes to the oil pump. You are missing the plastic guide and you have air in the oil lines so do not run it like that.
Also some oil lines looked spliced and tampered with on the bottom left of your picture.

Remove the return line and crank the engine. Make sure you catch the fuel and avoid sparks or it can explode. If fuel pumps out the return line it is getting to the carb.

The ski been sitting for 2 years, I did add 3 gallons to fuel tanks, Should I try blowing compress air into the 2 lines leading into tank

If it has been sitting for two years you should drain the tank completely and put fresh gas in .

I added 3 gallons big mistakes, I tried a siphon hose but did not do anything. Is the reserve part of tank, closes to engine. I could see some gas in that part. I thought about blowing compressed air threw gas line.

Remove the return line at the carb, cover it with your thumb. The hose, not the carb fitting.
Blow into the vent line of the gas tank, low pressure like by mouth.
This will force gas from the tank through the carb. As soon as fuel comes out of the return fitting on the carb put the hose back on and you have primed the carb and fuel system.
