no crank

i was riding my 1993 seadoo xp this summer and all of a sudden it slowly bogged down then died then when i go to crank it it just clicks i tried a new starter and now am just wondering if you guys have any suggestions

I would remove the spark plugs and see if you can turn the engine over by hand. Something failed when you were riding so I am not suspecting the starting system. Yet...

First step is to find out if the engine is seized.

could i put a pipe wrench on the drive shaft or is there another way that’s suggested

Take the plastic cover off the pto flywheel and you should be able to turn it over by hand. If you can’t then you have an issue

Ok, now I would remove the jet pump. Check and see if the pump turns freely. If the pump was ok and you still cannot turn the engine over by hand you will likely need to do a tear down to figure out what went wrong.
