You need to pull the cylinder heads off and see whats bad...it's gonna be expensive.

I would check the buttom of the engine before you spend any more money on it. It might take you a little longer to remove the engine but it might be faster in the long run, and give you more room to check things out.

Not Getting The Correct Fuel To The Cylinder Cause The Piston To Become Damaged. SINCE I DISCOVERED THE BAD PISTON I HAVE ALREADY REPLACED THE ENTIRE FUEL SYSTEM AND REBUILT CARBS
WANDERING IF THIS WOULD HAVE CAUSED THE DOMING OF THE PISTON
FUEL SYSTEM WAS TERRIBLE AND THE FILTER WAS CLOGGED IN THE CARB ON THE SAME FILTER

i don't think so. it is probably 10 years of use. pistons generally roast at full throttle-high rpm. you can't get above 10 mph with i cyl shut off. can you do top end in place? yes. should you? NO WAY!!! once you are to the point you can pull jugs, you are about a half hour's work from having the engine on the bench, where you can see the mistakes as you make them, instead of finding out later.
