No beeps but will start...where is the speaker? 95 Speedster

Hi. My 95 Speedster has intermittent starts but no beeps at all (which would help me troubleshoot). I have checked the four fuses by the steering column and all okay. Where is the speaker so I can test it? Thanks in advance.

Check under the dash. This is from a 97 speedster manual.
