New to Seadoo's

Can anyone tell me what these two parts are? I've checked the manuals and cant seem to find them. Help is greatly appreciated. 1997 Speedster

Top is the bilge pump outlet... and the bottom is the "Scupper Valve". It's the drain in the helm area. There's a rubber valve (or ball) to keep water from coming in, and getting your feet wet when sitting still. But, if you have a bunch of water in the passenger area, it will go out the back while moving.
