Hey guys im new to seadoo's and im just wondering how stable my 92 seadoo XP will be im rebuilding the motor and ive never rode one before. also will it be less stable when i have a passenger. im 150 and my passengers will be 150 or less as were just kids. let me know. and also will it be able to pull wake boarders? its got a stainless steel impeller and a high performance pipe so im thinking it should let me know!

Welcome to the seadoo forum seadoo111. Yes it should be stable with one or two, depending on how you balance is. As far as pulling a wake boarder it could as it has the power. If the wake boarder is aggressive it could roll you and the spotter over also. You'll have to experiment and see what happens.

ok well the wake boarders would not be doing and jumping just sorta going off tto the side to hit little rails and just sorta do some riding. cuz we have a little park

also will it be stable while im just idleing around. or its jshut off just floating. also will it be stable doing the same thing with 2 people on it?

It's all about balance...when I used to race stand-up Kawasaki's 440's, 550 and 650's I could do head stands on them while standing still, even with it shut off...than start it up and drive away still doing a head stand...it's all about balance.!( was 35 at the time.):)

Haha thats sweet. my dad used to be all into the stand ups likediving under the water and tricks like that. sounds sweet. well just wet sanding the bottom of the hull getting all ready now we just gotta find some money to buy a motor off that SBT site or what ever it is. once i do that il be up and running for my first seadoo, cant wait.

Yea, I was ranked 3rd in pro freestyle and Closed Course, in the North East US, back in the mid 90's...than I quit! Family and all, took up all my time. If you need any more help give us a shout, this forum has lots of active members eager to help out.

You might concider becoming a "Premium Member". As a premium member you can down load a authentic seadoo manual from the seadoo manual library. In the library is a variety of manuals for almost all years and models. You can view as many as you like on line as a PDF file, or download it and print it for your personal and privet use. There are operator manuals and repair manuals for you to do your own repairs on your seadoo. The repair manuals have everything from troubleshooting, repair procedures to winterizing. It contains wire diagrams torque specs and pictures for disassemble and assemble instructions. In the spec sheets it tells everything needed to maintain oil changes, spark plug gaps and impeller wear ring tolerances. Click on the "Seadoo Manuals" link at the top of the page for more details. If you need any help or get in a jam, we are always here to answer your questions too.

Got another question. Im just wondering how good it will be on gas. how long will i be able to play before it needs more gas. and mabye how many miles per gallon does it get?

This is probably a stupid question but once again im new to seadoo's so i know nothing. im just wondering, will my 92 XP have that water spout out the back when ur moving that shoots water like 10 feet into the air, its just a little stream of water. if some one could let me know that would be wonderful.

Typically the small stream of water, also know as a "Tell Tail" indicates that the cooling system is working. It doesn't squirt 10 feet behind. It squirts maybe about 2 feet...Uh, I think that is another brand of pwc that does that.

ok cool cuz that would be annoying. and i seen some vids of some seadoos doing it and it shoots pretty high and also i think some yamahas do it to. also does it have a drain plug in the engine area or anything like that to drain the water out? also heres a vid of a jetski doing it. and im wondering if mine will do the same
