Just picked this up the other day. 2012 challenger 180. Looks great few minor runs on it. Lady sent me a video of it running so we bought it. I turned it to accessory after getting it home and low and behold it has 37 hours on it. Now the bad part. It has sat outside obviously. Need to figure out the best way to clean mildew and rust from cushions and seats. Any advice would be great.

Just adding these to the post. I picked the boat up for $6500.00

That boat would be a steal at $16,500 in today’s market. Best of luck with it! I have had the factory staples holding the seat cushion vinyl on rust and cause stains. I replaced a bunch with stainless, I recommend a pneumatic stapler, strong and cheap. Acetone does OK with rust stains. Mildew is tougher. Star Brite makes a mildew spray, but I have not tried it yet.

dilute CLR should work on rust. Or oxalis acid, 50g/L. Magic Erasers work great on a lot of things and are my first go to since they’re mild. Scrub off particulate mildew, wash with soap and water, and dilute chlorine bleach if it’s really embedded (dampen, let sit, rinse with plenty of water)

If it’s running it’s an absolute steal. Look on kijiji Toronto to see your win. They’re selling for 30-40cad up here for 2012 in good condition. I bought one a few weeks back and I won’t be showing the wife your post!

A mid condition one would fetch 25all day long. So the good news is even if you have some $$ repairs your still winning! Does she have any more for sale :)

Just to add a little here. Looks like we will be adding hydroturf this winter, recovering upholstery, and a wake tower with bimini. I think that is it for now. Oh and maybe a supercharger rebuild.
