New Speedster 200 430 not running right

Welcome to the seadoo forum Ted. There isn't any hold back in the ECU. The recommended extent of throttle is 3/4 for the first 10 hrs. It is possible that the engine is still very tight and won't rev that high. It is still under warranty, but I wouldn't push it till its broke in.

On my 200 speedster with the naturally aspirated intake it was about the same till I got close to 10 hrs.
