ive just purchased two 1997 sea-doo GTI's and have a few questions about them
first off, if i were to lose a key, where the hell do i get a new one? they have that encoded security system or whatever that prevents me from just getting a generic key right? these only came with one key each, both of which sink like a rock when they hit water, (i have like.. 4 keys for my old SP all of which floated) which presents a pretty big problem, for the keys are usually attached to jetskis, something that spends quite alot of time in the water
second, whenever i go to the marina to fill up with gas, i cant get the tank to go past 3/4, sometimes it will only take 1/2 tank, the pump will start to shut off because it is sensing a full tank, and then if i move the nozzle out a little bit, or just sow down the fuel flow, fuel will spill out of the inlet!!, so if anybody has any gas-pumping tips for these things, that would be great
third, are there any relatively simple modifications i can do to these to make them faster? im not looking to hit 70 or anything, but if there is something little i can do to add 3-4MPH that would be cool
oh, and fourth, is there any way i can get a ski pylon for one of these?
thanks for the help in advance
