Wanted to say Hello,

Just got a new 2012 Sea Doo 155HP Speedster 150 couple days ago. It's our first Sea Doo.

There is a paved boat ramp five minutes from our home. Just got all of the safety equipment & registrations completed. Taking the Sea Doo out tomorrow morning for the first ride. We had three outboard powered boats in the past over 30 years ago. This is our first jet boat and four cycle powered boat. Looking forward to the first ride!

Sounds fun. Post a quick summary of your ride for others looking to buy. Sharing is learning. Have a great day.

Thanks Kevin,

Busy reading the operators manual and learning how to use the on board electronics.

Here's some specs & info. Our boat is the normally aspirated (non supercharged) 155HP 4 cycle powered 2012 Sea Doo Speedster 150. The following was written by Sea Doo:

"Its breathtaking speed and performance seems like its wired straight to your impulses.

The reinvented 150 Speedster™ sports a stunning new design that delivers a jolt of adrenaline. Imagine the rush for everyone onboard as you dash across the water at 60 mph* (96.6 km/h) and crank the wheel toward your next stop. No problem. Its ultra-responsive handling only seems like it's wired straight to your impulses. This boat and the water are inseparable. And now the 150 Speedster comes with our exclusive Intelligent Throttle Control technologies for customizable driving, like Docking for even more precise handling and maneuverability. And ECO mode for optimum fuel efficiency. With room for three friends and the ability to flash from zero to 30 mph (48.3 km/h) in 2.8 seconds,* you won't be at the dock for long.

*With Supercharged High Output engine"
