new owner needs startup info 1998 gtx limited

I purchased a 1998 gtx limited. 150 hours on unit, 30 hours on the engine. I bought it at the end of the season last year. The previous owner winterized it. now the questions, what do i have to do to get it into the water and use it. I was looking at it yesterday and i noticed there is a clamp on a 1/4" line at the bottom of the unit, the spark plug wires are plugged onto a box at the rear of the ski and a 3/8" black hose laying on the side next to the top of the head on the right side. thank you
