New coil still no spark

I've replaced my coil and still have no spark, any suggestions what to check next? It's a 1997 spx. Thanks

I have the same problem 92 xp,
I was thinking of replacing the coil, I have checked
stator, output and ohms are good
12 volts to the coil, alternating amps
ground is good
12.5 strong Volt batt

I need details on power going to and coming from a good ignition module, and regulator.
Any chance you could give me the ohm readings and details on the new coil?

My buzzer works when hooked straight to power, but not when wired in to ign mod, not sure how it is supposed to work wired into the ign mod on one side and to the temp sensor on the other. Might be wired incorrect just picked this thing up and no spark!!!!!!!!!!!!

Heard the pick up on the magneto was a common problem on your year of ski, hope that helps you.

This is blowing one of the 15 amp fuses in the coil box at the rear....... Any ideas?

Lanyard?

97 check your lanyard you might not be communicating with the mepm. with lanyard off hit the start botton 5 times next put your lanyard back on and hit it once not starting it and listen for the beeps if no beeps take lanyard back off and put back on and hit start you might have a dirty connection. And that a way to diagnois let me know how it goes or if you need more advise!

2 short beeps, I have new lanyard though.

try using your old lanyard and see if that it causing it becuase diffent lanyards can cause the mepm not read read which in turns causes a no spark no go problem

old lanyard new lanyard same problem. i think its the vts, if it can cause such problems. it is blowing the fuse
