Okay I have changed the carbon ring and all it's components I'm havering trouble with the new c-clip not fitting in the new bellows ring seems like the new clip is to big. Anyone have a problem like this and if so what should I do. Is this normal? And if not how do I fix it? I'm talking about the stainless steel ring!

If I understand the assembly correctly. The C-clip pretty much rests on the shaft and the color slides over and holds the C-clip in place.

The bellows holds the collar.

Does the collars slide over the clip or not?

No I can't get the collar over the clip that's the problem. It's like the clip is to fat but measured it with the old one and it's the same size.

Did you click the C clip on the shaft? It doesn't rest on it, it will actually grab on. Hold the accordion boot back with both hands and use both thumbs to click the c clip down, then slide the stainless steel collar back over c clip.

Yeah, the collar has to slide over the clip, else the clip could be slung off the drive shaft. The groove is only so deep, so there isn't much clearance and the parts must be made to work together. I see stuff like this from aftermarket parts, people install them on their boats then wonder why it doesn't work. You might try rotating the ring back and forth while pulling it towards the bow, could just be a tight fit.

Could be a safety issue if the bilge cover is open and someone's standing over the area in the wrong place when/if it happens.
