Neutral?

I was just wondering if there was Neutral position so I can give it a little more gas when first starting it up.

A jet boat doesn't have a true neutral. If the engine is running... the pump is spinning. Your "Neutral" is just the bucket on the back.

Right. I guess I was more asking if there was a way to give it more gas when first starting. Maybe I am looking for a choke instead of a neutral.

What engine do you have? Your boat could have come with a 210 (carbs) or a 240 EFI.


Regardless... it should be equipped with the throttle adder in the steering. SO... crank the wheel all the way to one side... and it will give you a few more RPM during start up.
