negotiating 2008 seadoo

New to purchasing a pwc. I want to negotiate for a 2008 seadoo pwc (gtx or rxt) with cash. How much leeway do I have? Also, I have seen them on ebay as well but would prefer a local dealer. How do I find out what is the bottomline to negotiate? Thanks very much.

i went into local dealer here got brand new rxt sticker was 11799. Before everything trailer being 1000 dollars at my dealer. I walked out the door 11100 cash after trailer taxes tags and everything
