Need your help and advice!

Hello to all! I just joined the site and am in need of your guidance. I am a newbie to boat ownership or will be. I have found a boat that I like or I think i might like but have read a lot of mixed reviews. It is a 2003 Utopia 205. I have spoke with the owner and he has told me the boat has 90 hours total but the engine was completely rebuilt 10 hours ago by relentless marine in Florida. He said he ran bad gas through it and leaned out cylinder 5. He has a Tige wake boat and rarely takes this out. The boat is in perfect condition and the entire interior has been redone. He has the bimini top, boat cover, trailer etc. I will add a link to the craigslist add. Would this be a wise purchase or no? Your help is greatly appreciated.
