I need to get the bottom nut off/loose on f the exhaust manifold
on my 2000 XP in order to get to my carbs.

Sea Doo makes a 15-30 dollar L shaped wrench to do this with.

My question is are there any other tools that will work besides this
special, expensive, and one time use wrench?

I have got some input about heating and bending a 15 mm wrench, but
this seems like a lot of trouble for this one time problem.

Thanks for the help

It sounds like you may have to buy their bent wrench or bend your own. Good luck Robin.

Trust me, I tried everything before I made my own wrench. It's really easy, just follow the instructions from your last post I replied to. If your order the gaskets just get the wrench with it, it will be worth it.

Did you grind the box end down to where it is real thin? If you didn't it wont fit in there. There's only a little room between the nut and the pipe. I held the open end of the wrench, while standing on the side of the pipe just slide it in there straight to the back and kinda move it towards the nut at the same time. You will only be able to turn it a little at a time, better get some beer.
