I am rebuilding my 98 speedster's top end and I have a shop manual and operator's manual, but no repair manual. Can anybody in here provide me with relavent torque information for cylinder's, head cover and exhaust manifolds?

If it is 787 engine...

cylinder head bolts 17 ft/lbs
cylinder cover bolts says N/A, but 80 in/lbs for a 587 engine.
exhaust manifold 30 ft/lbs

Not sure if that helps, but send me an email address and I can scan the entire page for you...

My book covers the 88-96 engines specifically, but if you have the same engine as one of these, the torques should be the same.
