Need part Venturi 2012 Challenger twin 155s

Need to replace cracked ( all the way around) Venturi # 204160302 ordered from BPM $136 then got email discontinued ( order cancelled) They no longer make part needed for 2012 model? Please help cant seem to find part anywhere. Twin 155s SE model with 75 hours, Hopefully someone can hook me up, thanks in advance.

I am talking about the jet drive venturi, nothing to do with bilge pump, no one can help here??? I heard that Chapperal and scarab use the same drive

I will but a used or new complete jet drive assembly if necassary

There are some used Seadoo parts dealers out there that might have them. I checked Vintage Parts, they don't have it either. You could take it to a welder and have them use a TIG welder to fix it.

Thanks for your reply. That's where it is now at welders. I thought the forum would of been little more helpful. I am selling the boat and really wanted it replaced but if it works it's better then parts boat with 70 hours

I wouldn't blame the folks on the forum, we are in a similar situation like you. I just went through looking for parts for my challenger, getting more difficult and I like you would think that a common part like the venturi is not available. Good thing you aren't trying to find the weedless system cables or basic hardware, not available as well. Good luck to you.

Hey sorry that we can't help. I didn't realize they call the nozzle a venturi. I have had others reference the venturi aspect of the bailer from the pump.
