need part- reverse cable bushing- can anyone print?

Need reverse cable bushing part 296000396 or 204170212. This item is discontinued and no longer available. It seems this would be easy to 3D print for those that do that sort of thing. Also wondering if someone is in the same boat ( no pun intended) and figured a work around by modifying something else .
