need help

purchased a 1995 speester with 717 engine. starts dry, but put it in the water and would not start! pulled the plug and noticed moisture (milky) Any thoughts????? help thanks

did you by chance run it on the hose and shut the engine off before shuttting the hose off, then took it to the lake and it won't start?

started the boat on the trailer without a water hose for 20 sec, then backed her into the water, where she turned over but did nor start. i then pulled the plugs and noticed moisture on both plugs

I see you have a double post and Lou's got you covered on the other post. Like Lou said, milky oil means water in the engine.
